Stowe Mountain Resort was introducing a Private Residence Club within Stowe Mountain Lodge—the first ever fractional ownership lodge to be built at the base of Spruce Peak. The real estate sales director commissioned a "whisper" brochure whose real estate copywriting outlined the benefits of fractional real estate ownership.
    
Highlighting Vermont’s legendary autumn foliage, the cover image made an indelible impression on prospects exploring Stowe Vermont real estate. Inside, the copy and imagery further accentuated the area’s beauty as well as the ground-floor opportunity to purchase. Sales for Phase One enjoyed a 70% conversion rate.
