The collateral piece showcased engaging real estate copywriting as well as dramatic images of the actual property—one of the best golf course communities in Central Oregon. The brochure was given to prospects pre-qualified through direct response and/or Internet registration. During the selection event, more than 70% of the golf course homesites released sold out.
