Though more than 60% of the fractional ownership interests in this Private Residence Club were sold, the client wanted to close out the remaining interests. Appreciating that the Rancho Santa Fe real estate community was just months away from opening one of Southern California’s finest spas, the newsletter focused on this key amenity.
Marketing strategies took advantage of the fact that women were the primary influencers in second home purchases. As a result, the designer chose a visual of a woman enjoying a massage, while the real estate copywriting referenced that those purchasing fractional real estate in the Villa would receive a spa membership—a terrific motivator.
